For Lunch - Dinner:

tuna canned in oil 3 oz 90 calories
coffee / turmeric / milk 1 cup 150 calories
fruits / banana / mangoes 1 100 calories
total 690 calories

GRAND TOTAL 1,595 calories
I need to drop my milk and breads. Then up my oil and butter. Watch my calories so they stay below 1,500 calories.
