The quarantine began the later half of the month. I shifted from running outdoors to xfit workouts indoors. There is a tremendous effect in physical activity when you are prevented from going outdoors. COVID-19 restrictions are in effect since March 15 until April 30. I have since added at least 8 to 9 kilograms after 4 weeks.
I am adjusting my caloric deficit after the facts. I mean I can't continue eating 1,600 if I can't burn fat. I will add on weight. My BMR of 1,473 cal should be the cap and the goal is to eat 1,316 cal everyday. No more than that.
