In order to streamline our free consumer communications offerings, we will be retiring Skype on May 5, 2025 to focus on Microsoft Teams Yup, Microsoft is retiring Skype on May 2025. My Mom just learned how to use this app last year. She now has to learn a new trick.

My Labtec speakers got busted. I think it was a lost contact in the soldering work. I have used these 2.1 budget speakers since 2007 so it has been a while. I am replacing it with the Edifier MR4 speakers. 42 watts total sound output. 1 inch tweeter and a 4 inch woofer. It's small just appropriate for the computer room.

Erlinda Apartment is a registered name with the Department of Trade and Industry. I paid the license and business permits last 15th and went to collect my documents on the 22nd. The fire safety certificate was not ready yet and they gave me a number I can call to follow up. 

Mother and I replaced our aging refrigerator bought ten years ago when we transferred to the back portion of our house and started renting out the front portion of the family house. I chose another LG 7.3 cu ft. refrigerator. I thought the year is going to end without anything new to report but... I replaced our microwave two days before 2024 ended. Here's the LG MH6565DIS 25L SMART INVERTER MICROWAVE OVEN.  I also got an email from RCBC about an unauthorized transaction in my credit card.  The bank issuer finally decided to replace the questionable card with a new one to be delivered 5 days from now. The old card which I am holding is now blocked. I received the statement of account with two items. One is the bank charging me for the annual membership fee. Mmm...
