When the events in Cairo, Egypt and the demonstrations against the Mubarak government showed itself as a 24 hour news worthy spectacle, I needed to follow every tweet and video clip out there related to the event. But there's just so many sources. I settled on my browser like many in the web and typed "Egypt" or "jan25" in the Google search box.
But this will give you general facts and maybe news two weeks ago. That's ancient as far as the subject of your search goes. On the sidebar of your Google page, click Latest and make sure the search is for Everything. This Google feature saved me from missing interesting points and got me little known facts about the subject. If you are in sensitive locations and privacy is important (as well as security) note the "SSL" logo right beside the Google logo. This means your searches are encrypted.
